FABRICATION / ASSEMBLY REMARKS - all five apply
1. SURFACE FINISH: ENIG. Not HASL.
   J1 (USB-C) and J2 (LCD FPC) both have 0.500mm pitch signal pads, 0.300mm wide,
   with only 0.200mm of copper between neighbours - 18 such pads in total. On J1
   the D+ and D- pads are adjacent, so a single bridge kills USB. HASL adds an
   uneven 10-40um solder dome on those pads before paste is even printed, and
   there is no room for the excess to go.
2. NO COUNTERSINK, NO COUNTERBORE anywhere on this board.
   MH1-MH8 are plain 2.20mm NPTH holes exactly as drawn in the Excellon file.
   (Front-face flush mounting, if needed, is handled in the enclosure, not here.)
3. Bottom side (U1, SK1-SK30) must be the LAST reflow pass.
   SK1-SK30 are nylon-bodied hot-swap sockets; keep their thermal history to a
   single reflow. No supplier reflow profile is published for this part.
4. J1 (USB-C): 4 through-hole shield legs require soldering (hand or selective).
   They carry no paste apertures, so an SMT-only run will leave them open.
5. No manual rework on or around the hot-swap sockets (SK1-SK30).

DO NOT SUBSTITUTE
  U3 (C185538, MCP1253T-33X50I/MS): pin 8 is hard-wired to GND, which selects the
                       fixed 5.0V output. An ADJ variant would read that pin as
                       FB=0V and drive the LCD rail unregulated.
  SK1-SK30 (C49352235, HanElectricity CPG151101S11-2): the original Kailh
                       CPG151101S11 (C2803348) is discontinued. This part shares
                       the same recommended land - pads 2.55 x 2.50mm, pin holes
                       6.35 x 2.54mm apart - and is the reason the BOM changed.

The two csv files sit next to this zip. They are NOT inside it - JLCPCB takes them
separately, and a gerber archive carrying stray csv files is not what it expects.

The board is 95.25 x 178.60 mm, 2 layers, R3 corners, no cutouts.
All fabrication data shares one origin at the board's bottom-left corner, so gerbers,
drill and CPL are in the same frame and every coordinate is positive.
